SKILL DEVELOPMENT & CORRUPTION


The Indian Government has spent 12000 crore rupees to develop the skills of Indian people the scheme name is ''Pardhan Mantri Saksam Yojna''. Near about 41.6 lakh people have taken the benefits from this scheme but only 6 lakh people have got the jobs that is speculator failure of the Modhi Government.

Importance of Skills 
There is no doubt the skills play an important role to earn the more money than others but we indian ignore skill development.

Importance for Common People 
If common people deveolpe their skills, they can generate their own jobs that is good for them  and for nation as well, because they need not to depend on the government and private sector jobs.

Corruption in India
India's rank is 81 as per the global corruption perception index and continuously ranking is going down that is not good sign for nation.The worst think is that without approach and money, a person cannot get the job and get their work done such as legal, justice, or other government loans.People's mentality has involved in the corruption's activities, they always tries to get thier work done by money that is not appropriate for their further future.

Private Sector Corruption
Now the corruption is spreading itself in the private sector that was a only sector on which people would believe that it is not corrupted but in present time it has infected with corruption. There are some example of private sector scams are
Nirav Modhi Scam
Vijay Malya
Sahara India etc. 

Due to have the corruption in borth sector Private and Government, the poor people have no way to get the jobs and investment opportunities in this country because the corruption has made this country its home.

Skill Development
The people have only one option who are surviving in this country under the corruption taht is only skill development and Government and its policies will not help the people for nation building program  and it is time when all of us have to understand our responsibilities and play a vital role to remove the corruption because every corrupt person is living on our money and first we shoud deny to give money to get our work done whether that belongs to anything.


When We willl be liable for our responsibilities and role in the society, solution will come automatically, I mean that the corruption would be removed from our country but there is only one way that is Lift the weight of our responsibility and strict on your principles. 


As I have mentioned before that skill development helps you to build your own business which makes you self dependent not on private or government sector and focus on Skill Development program on your own basis not government applied schemes. 

Recently a news came in existence that India's most trusted department CBI had come under doubt and some officers were involved in corruption related activities but news put down, the reason is clear ''There might be a political pressure''.
